Translations
I have extensive experience in translation and interpreting across various fields, such as economics, business, international relations, and law, including consecutive and simultaneous interpreting. I have also performed a vista interpreting in legal and official settings, translating written texts orally.
Consecutive interpreting
A type of interpreting in which the interpreter takes notes during the speech and then, during the break, he translates what has been said. This type of translation also works well in situations where dialogue is present: Workshops, symposiums, trade fairs and business meetings/negotiations, courtroom, office visit.
Simultaneous translation
The translation takes place simultaneously with the speech. Thus, the speaker does not have to pause for the interpreter to translate what has been said, since the speech is translated live, at the same time. This type of interpreting usually requires appropriate equipment and takes place in specially adapted booths. It works well mainly at conferences and presentations.
Interpreting a vista
Interpreting a written text. The interpreter reads a given text and translates it orally at the same time. This translation is usually done in court, with notaries and in offices.
