About

I hold a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics (Russian-English) from Warsaw University, a diploma in Business Studies from Kozminski University, and a postgraduate Certificate for Sworn Translators from Warsaw University. I also possess a CAE and a TEFL certificate.

Since my first year of university, I have worked in various language schools in Warsaw teaching English, Russian and Polish as a foreign language I have given both one-to-one as well as group lessons with 4-12 people, teaching age groups ranging from 11 to 70 across all language levels (A1-C2). I have also recruited new teachers, whose language skills have been thoroughly checked by me, and assign new students to the most appropriate teaching groups according to their language level and needs.

Over the years I have developed my own teaching methods which are tailored to my students’ specific needs and expectations. I also have vast experience in preparing students for language exams and I am familiar with all major exam formats, meaning I am able to prepare students in an effective and targeted manner for a specific exam.

For many years I have worked regularly with several companies and organizations in Warsaw teaching Polish (as a foreign language) and Business/IT English. I also support many employee recruitment processes by evaluating candidates’ language levels.

In my teaching, I do not simply work with textbooks, but instead compile my own teaching material tailored to my students’ needs, combining language exercises with a blend of authentic material, recent topical articles and complementary videos in order to enhance vocabulary retention and understanding through systematic exposure.

I teach English in various courses, from general and high school exam preparation to professional and specialized courses.

Teaching Russian

I offer Russian language courses at different levels as well, including general, high school exam preparation, professional, and specialized courses.

Teaching Polish to foreigners

For Polish, I provide general and professional courses, as well as a course designed for the Pole’s Card.

Translations

I also offer various types of translation services across three languages: Polish, English, and Russian.

Language support in recruitment processes

I provide language support in recruitment processes and have experience in recruiting employees and evaluating their language skills.
